the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, especially when we asked to keep our car parked a bit longer for a hospital visit. the room was nice and cozy, and I really appreciated the in-room breakfast setup. It was plenty for us, even though I could've used more than one small sachet of Vegemite for four people! And the location was perfect for getting to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, plus we enjoyed the free off-street parking.

One of the advantages - nicely furnished and great-sized rooms; they included a shower and a hair dryer. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to two different tram lines, Queen Victoria Market and Hospitals on Royal Parade, restaurants and cafes and cafe, pubs, shops, The Comedy Lounge. It also was central to everything.

We met kind and wonderful employees.

The Arden Motel boasts a convenient location, just steps away from two tram lines, Queen Victoria Market, and hospitals along Royal Parade. it is close to Marvel Stadium. Our double room was spacious and offered great value for our stay!

Had really comfortable stay which were the main purpose of our visit, the staff were amicable, location was FAVOURABLE right near the tram stop. The bed was spacious, and the room itself was large.

The location is very convenient, with a short walk to the hospital, nearby places I wanted to go, and public transport. Plus, it's right on the edge of the city.
